We are currently offering exciting job opportunities in the positions of Medical Sales Representative (MSR), Area Sales Manager (ASM), and Regional Sales Manager (RSM).

  1. Medical Sales Representative (MSR):

As an MSR at Uno Organics, you will play a crucial role in promoting our pharmaceutical products and building strong relationships with healthcare professionals. Your responsibilities will include:

– Conducting product presentations and promoting the benefits and features of our pharmaceutical portfolio to healthcare practitioners.

– Developing and maintaining a strong network of doctors, hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies.

– Meeting sales targets and driving revenue growth in your assigned territory.

– Collecting and reporting market intelligence and competitor activities to the management team.

– Providing excellent customer service and support to healthcare professionals and addressing their queries and concerns.

Qualifications and Skills:

– Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field.

– Proven sales experience in the pharmaceutical industry is preferred.

– Excellent communication and presentation skills.

– Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.

– Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.

  1. Area Sales Manager (ASM):

As an ASM at Uno Organics, you will lead a team of Medical Sales Representatives and oversee the sales operations within your assigned region. Your key responsibilities will include:

– Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market reach.

– Managing and motivating the sales team to drive performance and meet objectives.

– Building and maintaining relationships with key accounts, hospitals, and healthcare institutions.

– Monitoring market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.

– Providing guidance, training, and support to MSR team members to enhance their skills and product knowledge.

Qualifications and Skills:

– Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Business Administration, or a related field.

– Proven track record of successful sales management in the pharmaceutical industry.

– Strong leadership and team management skills.

– Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

  1. Regional Sales Manager (RSM):

As an RSM at Uno Organics, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple territories and driving sales growth across a designated region. Your main responsibilities will include:

– Developing and implementing regional sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market expansion.

– Leading and mentoring a team of Area Sales Managers to ensure effective sales operations.
